General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by:

Scope of Services

The company provides services including:

• branding
• marketing strategy
• graphic design
• web design
• web development
• advertising campaigns
• digital marketing consulting

Project Agreements

Specific project terms, deliverables and timelines will be defined in individual agreements with clients.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, graphics, texts and digital assets remain the property of the agency until full payment has been received.

Upon payment, agreed usage rights are transferred to the client.

Liability Limitation

The company is liable only for direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law.
